Client data and payments submitted via the Site are processed through Clio, subject to Clio’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and applicable payment processor terms.
Consult fees are deposited into the firm’s operating account; retainer funds are held in the IOLTA/trust account and applied to future legal work.
5. Acceptable Use
Users agree to refrain from unlawful activities, spamming, harassment, or uploading malware. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations
